Hey now, what a super neat release this is! Introducing JayMcQ’s A Special Note of Interest is a self-indulgent, sample-based cacophony created by two turntables, a Numark DXM06 Mixer, an SP404SX, a MicroKorg, a TR-606, an Axiom25 Controller, Logic, an old electric guitar that he doesn’t know how to play, and a bunch of old records. JayMcQ is a cartoonist and producer from Philadelphia. He began his musical venture as one half of the experimental duo BCBugg and numerous collaborations with Philly MC, Bigg Chef. Released on August 24, 2020, here’s what’s included in this bundle:
